Anna J. Rosenberg is an associate in the firm’s Business, Financial Services & Real Estate Division in Orlando, Florida focusing her practice in the areas of financial services, real estate, and commercial litigation.  Ms. Rosenberg handles all aspects of foreclosure representation for mortgage loan servicers and lending institutions and creditors’ rights matters in bankruptcy proceedings.  In addition to default services related matters, she also handles first-party insurance coverage matters, code enforcement hearings; contested probate proceedings, business contracts and business formation.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Rosenberg held a private practice handling litigation for plaintiff’s foreclosure firms, creditors’ rights firms, first party property insurance cases, property and code enforcement matters, probate proceedings and divorce settlements. 

Ms. Rosenberg received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida in May 2012 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon in June 2005 graduating with a major in political science.  While in law school, Ms. Rosenberg worked as a judicial intern reviewing foreclosure documents for jurisdiction and legal correctness and summarized case files to the judges presiding over foreclosure hearings.

She served the Florida Army National Guard as an assistant S4 providing on the ground logistics updates to officers and was active in the United States Army as a quarter master executive officer and basic defense operations center officer in charge (OIC) for three years.  During her time in the military, she received the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal and the Army Achievement Medal.

Ms. Rosenberg is licensed to practice law in Florida.
