Jose E. Bosch is a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and practices from the firm's Miami office.  His areas of practice include insurance litigation, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, administrative law, professional malpractice and employment law.

Mr. Bosch earned his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico in 1998 with a major in business administration in marketing.

Mr. Bosch is admitted to practice in Florida, in state and federal courts.

He first practiced law as a litigator in the Miami office for the Texas-based insurance company, The Gainsco Companies, before joining the firm.

Mr. Bosch is a member of The Florida Bar, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, Inc., American Trial Lawyers Association, South Florida Claims Association and the Dade County Defense Bar Association.
