FT. LAUDERDALE OFFICE CONTINUES TO EXPAND
ITS LITIGATION PRACTICE

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL (September 19, 2005) – Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., is pleased to announce the arrival of Elaine J. LaFlamme as an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale office.  She joined QPWB from Schell, Mitchel & Colley, LLP and previously, from the Mager Law Group.

“We are committed to expanding our practice in all areas of healthcare and insurance defense. The addition of Elaine solidifies our continued development within this area of practice,” commented Ft. Lauderdale’s office Managing Partner John Brekka.

LaFlamme has extensive experience with general liability issues, nursing home and complex medical malpractice defense litigation, as well as appellate law.  Specifically, LaFlamme has various recent appellate victories to her name.

LaFlamme received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in political science and economics from LaSalle University in 1993.   She earned her Master’s in Business Administration and J.D. magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University in 2001.   LaFlamme is admitted to practice law in Florida.
