MIAMI – Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) has been named one of South Florida’s Top Law Firms by the South Florida Legal Guide 2007. This is the fifth consecutive time the firm has been recognized in the magazine’s annual publication of Top Law Firms and Top Lawyers.
George F. Quintairos, Managing Partner/Litigation and Edward C. Prieto, Founding Partner, both ranked among Top Lawyers in the area of nursing home defense litigation. Additionally, Quintairos was also selected in the area of medical malpractice defense and Prieto in the area of insurance defense.
The South Florida Legal Guide obtained the rankings by asking a group of highly regarded attorneys for their opinions on “whom they would recommend to a friend or family member.” Based on their responses, the list of “lawyers’ lawyers” was culled down by an independent group of lawyers to make the final selections.
