Timothy D. Kenison is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on premises liability and automobile liability claims.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Kenison was a trial and appellate attorney with the Office of the Public Defender, 15th Judicial Circuit, West Palm Beach, Florida, where he handled numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials. Mr. Kenison has also had the experience of arguing various cases before the Fourth District Court of Appeals.
Mr. Kenison received his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA in May 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1997. After law school, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Mr. Kenison is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
