Charles B. Pearlman and Pearlman & Pearlman LLC are Of Counsel with Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Pearlman practices from the firm's Fort Lauderdale office. He has practiced law for more than 30 years and has extensive experience in the areas of corporate and securities law; and extends to include acquisition of broker/dealers, private placements and syndications, registration statements, reverse acquisitions and venture capital.  Mr. Pearlman has represented both corporate clients and investment banking firms. As a result of relationships established through the years, he has networked among his clients to facilitate corporate and securities transactions. White attending law school, Mr. Pearlman worked for the New York Stock Exchange and a NYSE member firm. Upon graduation, he served as a trial attorney and ultimately Chief Attorney with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. As part of his practice, Mr. Pearlman also represents corporations and individuals who are the subject of an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA and state securities departments.

• Represented brokers-dealers in compliance and regulatory matters.
• Represented issuers in Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board and exchange listings.

Mr. Pearlman received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in New York and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pearlman is admitted to practice in Florida and New York.  His professional affiliations include The Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Pearlman serves on the Board of Governors of the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship.
