Brian A. Pearlman and Pearlman & Pearlman LLC are Of Counsel with Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Pearlman practices from the firm's Fort Lauderdale office, where he focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, securities and business law.  He advises a diversified client base in private placements, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, public reporting, financing transactions and general securities and corporate law matters.  Mr. Pearlman also has experience in representing business entities in a wide variety of business matters including pre-organization planning, ownership issues, organization matters, contract negotiations and related matters.

Mr. Pearlman received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998 and a Bachelor of Arts, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1995.

Mr. Pearlman is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.

Mr. Pearlman has been recognized as a “Legal Elite” in the area of business law by Florida Trend Magazine and was selected as a “Top Up-and-Comer” by the South Florida Legal Guide.

In his community, Mr. Pearlman serves on the Young Entrepreneurship Council of Nova Southeastern University, Wayne Huizenga School of Business.  He is an advisory board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County (NFL Yet Centers).  Mr. Pearlman serves as a Guide for the C Different Foundation, where he helps visually impaired athletes participate in athletic events, and he is also a Little League Coach with the City of Fort Lauderdale.
