Jason R. Friedman is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Friedman practices in state and federal courts in the areas of complex commercial litigation and civil litigation; his practice extends to the areas of administrative and regulatory representation, health care compliance, and appellate law.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Friedman was a litigation attorney with the law firm of Panza, Maurer & Maynard, P.A., where he focused in general liability litigation, educational law and Medicare compliance.

Mr. Friedman received his Juris Doctor in 2007 from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2004 from the University of Florida.  During law school, Mr. Friedman served on the International Moot Court and was a member of the Dean’s list.  While at the University of Florida, he was a member of Florida Blue Key honorary society.

Mr. Friedman is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar, and the Broward County Bar Association.  He is admitted in the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern districts of Florida.
