Spencer L. Payne is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he practices in the areas of nursing home and assisted-living facility defense litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, and intellectual property.
Mr. Payne had previously worked at the firm as a summer law clerk and at the Office of the General Counsel of the University of Florida.
Mr. Payne received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2010; and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from the University of Florida in August 2007. In law school, Mr. Payne graduated in the top 12% of his class and was a member of the Dean’s list for six consecutive semesters. He was selected as a teaching assistant in Appellate Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing. Upon graduation he was awarded the Community Service Certificate of Excellence.
Mr. Payne is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
