Mark B. Hart is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he practices in the areas of personal injury defense, automobile and property insurance claims, title insurance, real estate and commercial litigation, transportation law, first and third party insurance defense, and medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Hart earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Florida International University in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in 2009. While in law school, Mr. Hart was an active member of The Board of Advocates and was selected as a member of the Trial Team. He was also a recurrent member of the Dean’s List in law school and achieved the Book Award in Constitutional Law.

Mr. Hart is admitted to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
