A. Pete Pullen is an associate in the Louisville, Kentucky office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. His practice focuses in the areas of complex civil litigation, nursing home defense litigation, construction litigation, auto and trucking litigation, insurance defense and coverage claims, premises liability, and products liability.

Previously, Mr. Pullen was a civil defense attorney with a Louisville law firm practicing in the areas of insurance and business litigation; here, he focused in the areas of construction, mining, automobile and trucking litigation, product liability, premises liability, contract disputes, insurance defense and wrongful death.   His experience includes achieving summary judgments, obtaining case dismissals and representing clients through mediation.  Prior to that, he was with another Louisville law firm where he began as a summer associate; later becoming an associate responsible for a diverse caseload involving complex litigation.

Mr. Pullen received his Juris Doctor in 2006 from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law in Louisville, Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky at Lexington in 2001. While in law school, Mr. Pullen was a member of the Brandeis Law Journal.  He participated in the Labor Law Moot Court Team competition held in New York City where he represented the law school in the nation’s largest student-run moot court competition; he also served as a volunteer with the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy.

Mr. Pullen is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.  He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association and American Bar Association.

In his community, Mr. Pullen serves as a volunteer in the Louisville Legal Aid Society and currently handles various pro bono case assignments.  He is also a regular volunteer of the Louisville Bar Association’s Call-a-Lawyer program.
