
Noelle K. Sheehan is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., practicing in the areas of premises liability, general liability, construction litigation, replevin actions, and nursing home defense litigation.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Sheehan practiced predominately in the Cleveland, Ohio area where she handled civil litigation cases. She also handled the rights, transfer and assignment of oil and gas leases for an Ohio energy company; and was an associate attorney handling construction litigation, arbitration, corporate entity formation, estate planning matters, and Federal and Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credit applications, including listings on the National Register of Historic Places.
Ms. Sheehan received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in Pennsylvania in 2005 and a Bachelor of Science in Communication cum laude from Boston University, College of Communication in 2002. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant in the international law area. She also participated in Lawyering Together, a pro bono program, and in the moot court competitions. Ms. Sheehan was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society at Boston University.
Ms. Sheehan is licensed to practice law in Florida, Ohio, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia. She is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court.
