Frederick M. Reinecke is an associate in the Louisville, Kentucky office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Reinecke has extensive investigation, jury trial and complex litigation experience. His practice concentrates in the areas of criminal and civil litigation, insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage claims, insurance fraud/SIU (Special Investigations Unit), premises liability, and product liability. Mr. Reinecke represents businesses, institutions, and individuals with a myriad of claims, including serious personal injury, wrongful death, and industrial and automobile accidents.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Reinecke was of counsel with the Bush Law Office in Louisville, Kentucky, where he handled a broad range of claims and litigation. Earlier, he spent several years with the Indiana office of Boehl Stopher & Graves where he enjoyed a broad civil practice including contract issues and personal injury, premises and professional liability litigation. Early in his career, Mr. Reinecke gained valuable investigation, case development and jury trial experience as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Clark County, Indiana where he handled major felony, including murder, cases. During this time, Mr. Reinecke was selected to receive advanced litigation training at the National College of District Attorneys in Columbia, South Carolina.
Mr. Reinecke is licensed to practice law in both the Commonwealth of Kentucky as well as in the State of Indiana. He is admitted before all state and federal courts in Kentucky and Indiana, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky, and U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Mr. Reinecke is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, Floyd County (Indiana) Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and Kentucky Bar Association. He is regularly appointed as Judge Pro Tem for the Clark County, Indiana Courts, he has also served as president of the Floyd County Bar Association, from 2007-2008. Mr. Reinecke is also a member of the American Inns of Court, Sherman Minton Chapter, where he is a frequent speaker and presenter; and, a member of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII) serving as second vice president of its Kentucky Chapter.
Mr. Reinecke received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 1996 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky in 1991.
