Bradley S. Mitseff is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. With over 25 years of experience, his practice focuses in the areas of general liability, insurance defense litigation, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims and includes all torts and breach of contracts covered by policies issued by the insurance industry. Mr. Mitseff has maintained a practice in the area of insurance defense litigation since 1986.
Specifically, he has extensive experience handling workers’ compensation claims and personal injury cases such as vehicular accidents, slip-and-fall, and premises liability claims. Mr. Mitseff’s practice is emphasized in the area of complex litigation with the representation of toxic torts and asbestos claims, as well as other products liability claims. He represents clients throughout all phases of the litigation process including mediation and settlement negotiations; and through arbitration, trial, and appeal.
Mr. Mitseff began his legal career in 1985 as a law clerk to former Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Dorothy Comstock Riley. He entered private practice the following year with a Detroit, Michigan law firm practicing in the area of insurance defense litigation. He continued thereafter and joined one other Michigan law firm until 1994, when he successfully formed his own law practice. In 2009, he relocated to Florida and practiced with a civil litigation and insurance defense law firm in Ft. Lauderdale.
Mr. Mitseff is licensed to practice law Florida and Michigan. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Michigan.
Mr. Mitseff received his Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1984 and his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan in 1981.
