Tara Tamoney is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., practicing in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, medical malpractice defense, premises liability, homeowner and condominium association law, and appellate law.

Ms. Tamoney received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts in 2007 where she was a member of the Dean’s list; and a Bachelor of Science cum laude from the University of Florida in 2004 with a major in Psychology.

Ms. Tamoney is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar, and Orange County Bar Association.  She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Orange County, Florida.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Tamoney was an associate attorney with an Orlando law firm where she gained experience in the areas of homeowner and condominium association law, insurance coverage and carrier representation, general civil litigation, directors and officers liability, and premises liability.
