Carly M. Valenty is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., practicing in the areas of nursing home and assisted-living facility defense litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, construction defect, and intellectual property.

Ms. Valenty received her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2011 and a Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from the University of Florida in December 2007, where she majored in public relations.  During law school, Ms. Valenty received intensive mediation training with her participation in the County Court Mediation Clinic. She also served as a legal extern with the Office of the State Attorney for the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, working under the Division Chief of Crimes Against Women and Families, she aided with the prosecution of cases involving crimes and violence.  Additionally, throughout law school, Ms. Valenty served as a law clerk with a Gainesville law firm assisting with various phases of business entity formation and maintenance.

Ms. Valenty is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
