Daniel Wu is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. His practice areas include insurance defense, general civil litigation, and nursing home defense litigation.

Mr. Wu received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2011 and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, majoring in finance in 2008, where he was a frequent member of the Dean’s list.  While in law school, he served as a Research Fellow at the Center of International Financial Crimes Studies; and was a member of the Florida Journal of International Law and the Jessup Moot Court Team.   Mr. Wu served as a certified legal intern with the Office of the State Attorney, Eight Judicial Circuit, assigned to the Felony Division.  He was also a legal extern at the global headquarters of Office Depot where he worked on various corporate matters ranging from real estate to antitrust issues.

Mr. Wu is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.

Mr. Wu is fluent in Cantonese Chinese.
