Craig D. Rolle is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  His practice areas include insurance defense, general civil litigation, long term care and medical malpractice defense.

Mr. Rolle received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Fla., in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of Wooster in Ohio, majoring in international relations in 2002.  He graduated from law school in the top 16% of his class and received Book Awards in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Criminal Procedure.  While in law school, Mr. Rolle served as a certified legal intern with the Orange County State Attorney’s Office where he participated in jury trials involving felony and misdemeanor offenses pertaining to DUI, controlled substances, and trespass cases.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Rolle was an assistant public defender at the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court in Hendry County, LaBelle and with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, Early Representation Unit in Orlando.  He has represented clients at all stages of the trial process, from arrest and initial appearances to pretrial motions and bond hearings and up to jury trials.  Specifically, in LaBelle, he managed juvenile and adult criminal dockets; and in Orlando initiated early representation where he would immediately analyze the defendant’s situation and identify the best course of immediate action.  He was the first legal counsel for people charged with all types of crimes including felony and misdemeanor violations of probation.

Mr. Rolle is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.

In his community, Mr. Rolle serves on the Teen Court program in LaBelle as a mentor and coach.  Teen Court mandates that all defendants serve as jurors.  The program helps expedite the cases of first-time misdemeanor offenders.
