Elizabeth M. Neidig is an associate with the Chicago office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Ms. Neidig is experienced in pre-trial litigation management and focuses her practice in the areas of nursing home defense, complex injury litigation, wrongful death actions, professional negligence in health care and claims brought under the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act.  She also has experience in transportation law and management-side employment litigation.

Ms. Neidig received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in January 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder in May 2002.

Ms. Neidig is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Ms. Neidig is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and Defense Research Institute.  She volunteers as a brief judge for moot court competitions in the Chicagoland area, and has served as a panel speaker for the Chicago Area Law School Consortium regarding insurance defense practice.
