Keith M. Hoffman is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Mr. Hoffman represents health care providers and other professionals in liability litigation.  Mr. Hoffman’s practice includes nursing home and medical malpractice defense, first party property insurance defense, products liability, and toxic torts.  His practice extends to representing matters dealing with commercial and contractual disputes in business and real estate litigation, and consumer litigation.  Mr. Hoffman represents clients in state and federal courts and handles all aspects of discovery, trial and appeals.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Hoffman was a partner with two law firms in Tampa where he developed a broad practice focused on nursing home defense, medical malpractice, insurance defense and coverage litigation, personal injury litigation, and business litigation.  He first practiced law in 1992 with a Pennsylvania law firm, and in 1998 relocated to Florida.

Mr. Hoffman earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1991.  He received a Master of Business Administration from Katz Graduate School of Business in Pittsburgh, PA in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University in 1987.

Mr. Hoffman is licensed to practice law in Florida and is also admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.  He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
