Brandy L. Brennan is an associate with the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Ms. Brennan focuses her practice in the areas of insurance and general liability defense, including personal injury defense, wrongful death, automobile liability, negligent security, legal malpractice defense, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.

Ms. Brennan received her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California in May 2010 and a Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University in 2003.  While in law school, she received the CALI award and Witkin award for academic excellence in Evidence and was also a member of the honor roll.  Ms. Brennan was a member of Street Law, a program providing law-related education to high school students, where she taught teenagers the basic legal principals of law.

Previously, Ms. Brennan was an attorney with a legal services office in Pensacola, Florida.  She advised clients on matters related to paternity, dissolutions of marriage, and timesharing and visitation schedules.  She also handled domestic abuse cases and litigated domestic violence injunctions. Ms. Brennan also worked with a law firm representing creditors in litigation and settling debts related to credit cards and home equity lines of credit.

Ms. Brennan is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.

Prior to entering law school, she worked as a case manager for a privatized correctional facility and maintained a large caseload of juveniles released from placement facilities.
