Brad S. Shelts is a partner in the Phoenix, Arizona office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  His practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense and includes the areas of wrongful death and catastrophic injury, complex civil litigation, products liability, and employment litigation.

Mr. Shelts received his Juris Doctor, with highest honors, from The University of Tulsa, College of Law in Oklahoma in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science in business from Oklahoma State University in 1998.  While in law school, he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, and was elected to both the Order of the Curule Chair and the Order of the Barristers.  He received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in advanced legal writing.

Mr. Shelts is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Oklahoma, and Arkansas; he is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Oklahoma Bar Association and State Bar of Arkansas.  Mr. Shelts is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

His professional affiliations include membership in the Maricopa County Bar Association, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, and the Defense Research Institute.
