Anthony J. Fernandez is a partner in the Phoenix, Arizona office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Mr. Fernandez is an experienced trial lawyer with significant emphasis on medical negligence, nursing home liability, products liability and the defense of various types of catastrophic personal injury claims.

Mr. Fernandez received his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law, New York in 1996 and Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1993 majoring in economics.

Mr. Fernandez is licensed to practice law in Arizona and has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona since 1997. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.  Mr. Fernandez is an inactive member of The Florida Bar and New Jersey State Bar, with admissions ceremony pending for the New York State Bar.

Mr. Fernandez’s professional affiliations include the IADC (International Association of Defense Counsel), Arizona State Bar Association, Florida State Bar Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, AADC (Arizona Association of Defense Counsel) and the DRI (Defense Research Institute).
