Stephen Paul Forrest is a partner in the Phoenix, Arizona office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  Mr. Forrest is an experienced trial attorney practicing in Arizona for over 30 years.  His practice focuses in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home defense, professional liability, products liability, general personal injury defense, and insurance coverage claims.  He has attained the highest Peer Review rating afforded by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory of AV® Preeminent™ awarded for legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Forrest received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School, Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1978 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame in 1968.  During law school, he was honored as a member of the Order of the Barristers; he was also a member of the Jessup International Moot Court and the Marquette Law Review.

Mr. Forrest is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Wisconsin and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the State Bar of Wisconsin.  He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Forrest is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Forrest is past chair of the Trial Practice Section of the State Bar of Arizona, past director of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, and served as Judge Pro Tempore in Maricopa County.
