Joseph Krcmar is an associate with the Chicago office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., focusing his practice in the areas of commercial litigation.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Krcmar worked in the commercial litigation department for a major global retailer where he was responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and settlement agreements. He also managed mechanic’s lien litigation and condemnation proceedings. Mr. Krcmar also collaborated with legal and business divisions to develop and implement risk mitigation programs.

Mr. Krcmar received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, Champaign, Illinois in 2009 and Bachelor of Arts from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana in 2004. While in law school, he served as managing editor of the Illinois Business Law Journal and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Susan Pierson Sonderby of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Krcmar is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri.
