Jose E. Bosch is a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and practices from the firm's Miami office. His areas of practice include insurance defense, medical malpractice, nursing home defense litigation, administrative law and professional malpractice.
A graduate of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Marketing in 1998, Mr. Bosch earned a Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2001.
Mr. Bosch is admitted to practice in Florida, in state and federal courts.
He first practiced law as a litigator in the Miami office for the Texas-based insurance company, The Gainsco Companies, before joining the firm in 2003.
Mr. Bosch is a member of The Florida Bar, Florida Defense Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute, Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, Inc., American Trial Lawyers Association, South Florida Claims Association, and the Dade County Defense Bar Association.
