Eric W. Boyer is the Managing Partner of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and practices from the firm’s Miami office. His areas of practice include general liability, insurance defense, premises liability, medical malpractice and nursing home defense litigation. Mr. Boyer has also extensively counseled clients in loss prevention and risk management across a broad spectrum of issues. Along with these areas of concentration, he manages and coordinates the handling of large complex litigation accounts to ensure guideline compliance and quality service. Mr. Boyer is frequently retained by self-insured clients and insurance companies to negotiate and facilitate settlements.

In 1994, Mr. Boyer received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University and earned his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 1997.
Mr. Boyer joined Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer in 1998 and was admitted as a partner in 2000.
