A graduate of the University of South Florida, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997. In 2000, she earned a Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mrs. Juan first practiced law at Austin, Ley, Roe & Patsko, P.A. in Tampa, before joining QPWB in 2003. She is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of the United States and the Middle District of Florida.
