Adam L. Fleischmann is a partner at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. and practices from the firm's Tampa office. His areas of practice include all aspects of insurance defense, including medical malpractice, nursing home defense and general liability litigation.
A graduate of the University of Florida, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and a minor in Education in 1998. In 2001, Mr. Fleischmann earned a Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, ranked one of the top 25 law programs in the nation.
Mr. Fleischmann first practiced law at the firm Ingerman Smith of Northport, New York and later Cole, Scott & Kissane, before joining QPWB in 2003. Mr. Fleischmann is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Florida and all courts within the state of Florida, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Second District State Courts of New York. He is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.
Mr. Fleischmann is a frequent speaker on issues of concern to health care providers. He has presented various lectures and seminars in the areas of general liability and insurance defense. His speaking engagements are attended by nurses, risk managers, physicians, and insurance company representatives.
