Christian A. Paw is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Paw practices in the firm’s litigation department where he will focus in the areas of insurance defense, general liability, commercial and construction claims.

Mr. Paw received his Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Fla., and earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law at Gulfport, Fla. He was a member of the Maritime Law Society and the Asian-American Law Student Association.

While in law school, he was an intern at the National Labor Relations Board, Region 12 in Tampa, Fla., his responsibilities included administration of union elections and research on legal remedies concerning violations of the duty of fair representation. Mr. Paw served as a volunteer at the Community Law Clinic in St. Petersburg, Fla. His duties included conducting client interviews, analysis of client’s legal concerns in preparation for case intake.

Mr. Paw is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar.

Previously, Mr. Paw was an attorney intern with the Law Offices of Joseph A. Porcelli in New Port Richey, Fla. His duties included participating in factual investigations and preparation of legal documents. He was also an intellectual property advisor to an audio company where he secured and registered a trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on a widely marketed musical device. And as an intern at Washington Patent Services in St. Petersburg, Fla., he conducted prior art searches to review and expedite patent applications submitted by clients.
