Robert A. Santa Lucia is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Santa Lucia practices in the firm’s litigation department. His areas of practice include civil litigation, insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, products liability, trucking liability, employment related claims, commercial defense matters, professional negligence, subrogation, coverage issues, and declaratory actions.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he earned his B.A. degree in 1983, Mr. Santa Lucia earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo, College of Law in 1986. He is a former Assistant State Attorney and past president of the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Santa Lucia is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
