David L. Ward is an associate in the Jacksonville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Ward concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice defense and nursing home defense litigation.
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Mr. Ward earned his Bachelor of Arts in December 1999 and a Master of Arts in history in May 2005. He received his Juris Doctor in May 2008 from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. While in law school, Mr. Ward was awarded the Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting Certificate. He was also awarded the Best Brief Award for the Respondent in Lawyering Process II and received Book Awards in Lawyering Process II and Legal History.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Ward was a law clerk at Tritt & Franson, P.A. in Jacksonville, Florida and he volunteered for Jacksonville Legal Aid.
Mr. Ward is admitted to practice law in Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division.
