QPWB LAWYER INDUCTED INTO THE LITIGATION COUNSEL OF AMERICA
JACKSONVILLE, FL – Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., (QPWB) announced today that Teresa A. Arnold-Simmons, a partner in the Jacksonville office, was inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) at the LCA’s Spring Conference and Induction of Fellows in New York City.
The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation. The LCA is aggressively diverse in its composition. Established as a trial and appellate lawyer honorary society reflecting the American bar in the twenty-first century, the LCA represents the best in law among its membership.
“Congratulations to Teresa on this well deserved honor,” said Eric Boyer, Managing Partner of Operations. The fact that only a select number of lawyers representing the best and the brightest from across the United States are invited, reflects on her contributions to her practice as well as the high regard for which QPWB’s trial and litigation practice is held nationally.
Arnold, a partner practicing in the firm’s Jacksonville office, focuses her practice in the areas of long term care defense and medical malpractice. She represents physicians, hospitals, nurses, nursing homes, and prison healthcare providers. She is licensed in Florida and South Carolina.
Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., is a civil defense firm with a wide variety of litigation services for healthcare companies, healthcare facilities, physicians and other healthcare licensed professionals and their insurers. The firm’s Litigation Department also provides general liability defense for all businesses, insureds and insurance companies.
