Lateshia Frye is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Her practice focuses on insurance defense, first-party property claims under commercial and homeowner policies stemming from insurance coverage disputes, bad faith claims, subrogation matters, policy interpretation, examinations under oaths, and the application of policy exclusion arising from a variety of insurance products including general liability, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, and construction claims.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Frye was a senior attorney with two South Florida defense law firms representing clients in all phases of civil proceedings from negotiation through trial in a wide range of litigation and casualty contexts pertaining to third-party insurance litigation, personal injury, premise liability, corporate disputes, and bad faith claims.
Ms. Frye received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, Michigan in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami in 2009. While in law school, she served as an attorney intern with the State Attorney’s office, Miami-Dade Eleventh Judicial Circuit.
Ms. Frye is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
