Danyelle S. Alston is an associate in the Jacksonville office at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Alston focuses her practice in the areas of long-term care negligence for insurers and self-insured clients, her practice includes the defense of professionals and organizations involving nursing homes and assisted living facilities, medical malpractice, premises liability, wrongful death matters, and general negligence and personal injury claims.
Previously, Ms. Alston was an assistant state attorney with the 7th Judicial Circuit, State Attorney’s Office, Daytona Beach, Florida, where she negotiated plea agreements with defense attorneys and conducted three trials with first-chair experience. Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Alston worked as a tax attorney in Jacksonville resolving Federal and State tax controversy with a national tax resolution law firm.
Ms. Alston received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2019 and Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from Charleston Southern University in May 2016, graduating with a major in Criminal Justice and double major in Psychology and Communication.
