Stephanie A. Cuello
Stephanie A. Cuello is an associate in the Tallahassee office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense, nursing home defense, premises liability and construction defect.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Cuello was an attorney with the Florida Public Service Commission where she represented staff and the Commission in complex litigation, rulemaking and negotiations regarding electric, gas, water and wastewater issues. She has held a legal internship with Duke Energy Florida, assisting on a variety of complex energy related matters. Ms. Cuello also clerked with a regional law firm where she assisted in the settlement of agreements, business contracts, construction related legal issues and complex commercial real estate contracts.
Ms. Cuello obtained her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida in May 2016 and a Bachelor of Science cum laude from the University of Florida in December 2012, graduating in agriculture education and communications and where she served as president of the Alpha Tau Alpha Honor Society.
While in law school, she also interned at the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, assisting in various cases involving family law and dependency issues in St. Petersburg, Florida.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida.
Ms. Cuello has volunteered for the Guardian ad Litem Program in Tallahassee, Florida, Girls on the Run and The Junior League of Tallahassee.
