Dustin A. Christner
Dustin A. Christner is a partner in the Scottsdale, Arizona office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he concentrates his practice on medical malpractice defense. He is an experienced litigator with significant experience defending negligence claims involving nursing home elder abuse liability, personal injury and products liability. He has represented nursing homes, hospitals, nurses, cardiologists, obstetricians, rheumatologists and other long term care and healthcare providers throughout Arizona.
In defense of product manufacturers, Mr. Christner has represented automobile, tire, construction equipment, and consumer product manufacturers against claims of personal injury, wrongful death, crashworthiness, seat belts, rollover/roof crush, airbag deployment, tire tread/belt separation and electrical fires.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Christner was a partner with an Arizona defense law firm specializing in medical malpractice, general civil litigation, personal injury and insurance defense.
Mr. Christner received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E Rogers College of Law in 1999 and Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona in 1995, graduating with majors in accounting and criminal justice.
He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
