Indra L. Thomas is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses on representing insurance companies, their insureds, and self-insured companies in a broad range of general liability and first-party property insurance, extra contractual matters, insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation under commercial and homeowner policies stemming from losses related to windstorm and hurricane, mold, water and flood, fire and arson, and burglary and theft.
Ms. Thomas’ practice also includes handling third-party liability claims involving bodily injury, uninsured and underinsured motorist’s coverage, motor vehicle liability, construction defect litigation, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death matters arising from various alleged torts. These claims range from slip and falls to design and construction defects to negligent security and allege personal injury and property damage involving businesses, organizations and individuals.
Ms. Thomas received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2014 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in 2002.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
