Alexandra M. Santo is an associate in the New York and New Jersey offices of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation including general liability and personal injury and casualty claims, automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death and catastrophic injury arising from various alleged torts, negligent security, and other negligence and tort claims. Ms. Santo’s practice is also emphasized in construction defect and labor and employment law.  

Before joining QPWB, Ms. Santo was an associate with a New York City insurance defense law office handling first-party property and third-party liability cases from inception through trial. Her representation involved negotiating on behalf of insurers in settlements and mediations on matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and labor law.  Previously, she was a legislative aide to the Assistant Speaker of the New York State Assembly. 

Ms. Santo received her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, White Plains, New York in May 2015 and Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Francis College, Brooklyn, New York in May 2012, where she was a recurrent member of the Dean’s List and served on of the Women’s Division 1 Swim Team.

She is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey; and is a member of the New York State Women’s Bar Association and a member of the Litigation Committee. 

Ms. Santo serves as co-chair of the Title IX/Education Committee for the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York (WBASNY).
