Amber J. Hraha is an associate in the Jacksonville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses on insurance defense, first party property claims under commercial and homeowner policies stemming from insurance coverage disputes, including general liability, automobile liability, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, construction defect, and fraud and arson.
Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Hraha was a corporate income tax attorney/analyst for a Fortune 500 national financial company where she focused on merger and acquisition compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance and FIN 48 accounting rules. She prepared forms for federal, state, and international business income tax compliance estimates and extensions.
Ms. Hraha received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013 and Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State University in 2009, graduating with majors in political science and psychology. While in law school, she was a volunteer attorney with the Duval Public Defenders Office.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida; and the U.S. Tax Court.
