Hannah M. Yoder is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice in long-term care defense and medical malpractice; general liability, insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, negligent security, automobile negligence, and wrongful death matters.
Ms. Yoder received her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from the University of Florida in 2016, graduating with a major in English. While in law school, she was Student Editor of the Journal for International Wildlife Law and Policy and the Journal of International Aging Law and Policy and served as a judicial intern in the Probate Division of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
She is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Ms. Yoder serves as a guardian ad litem volunteer with the Eighth and Sixth Judicial Circuits of Florida.
