Bradley L. Ferstl is an associate in the Nashville office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Ferstl focuses in the areas of long-term healthcare negligence defense, medical malpractice, commercial general liability, premises liability, product liability, personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Ferstl was a litigation attorney in Nashville with the State of Tennessee Division of TennCare. Previously, and for approximately 10 years, Mr. Ferstl worked for Medtronic, Inc., in San Diego California and Nashville, Tennessee as Senior Territory Manager for Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM) in charge of guiding the company’s sales force and CRDM territories. Mr. Ferstl was awarded the President’s Club Winner and he was recurrently recognized for successful contract negotiations and achievements, and commended on his leadership style.  He also worked as a laboratory technician for Transduction Laboratories, Inc., a Becton Dickenson subsidiary, supporting research, development, and production of monoclonal antibodies.

Mr. Ferstl received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in May 2019, and a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Western Kentucky University, Gordon Ford College of Business in August 2014; he was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Kentucky in May 1999, and he completed a Postbaccalaureate program in clinical study from Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in May 2001.

While in law school, he served as an extern with a national, long-term care, healthcare organization where he gained corporate legal experience with transactional work, contract review, analysis of state and federal regulations and compliance, and litigation risk topics.  Mr. Ferstl also provided independent consulting for St. Jude Medical. Also during law school, he clerked for the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Warren County Eighth Judicial Circuit, Bowling Green, Kentucky, assisting with felony post-conviction motions.

Mr. Ferstl is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.

He is a volunteer of Children of the Americas and Habitat for Humanity.
