John J. Infantolino is an associate in the Orlando office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice in the areas of premises liability, nursing home and assisted living defense litigation, and medical malpractice defense.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Infantolino served as an Assistant General Counsel with the Florida Department of Health Prosecution Services Nursing Unit.  His duties encompassed conducting preliminary disciplinary investigations, presenting cases to the Florida Board of Nursing, preparing settlement agreements, and prosecuting disciplinary actions before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings.

Mr. Infantolino received his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in August 2019 and Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida in December 2016 graduating with a major in legal studies and minor in criminal justice. While in law school, he served as a certified legal intern with the Second Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office, in the Adult Misdemeanor Division and the Juvenile Division.

Mr. Infantolino is licensed to practice law in Florida.
