ATLANTA ― Debbie Riley, General Counsel and Partner and Alphonsie Nelson, Managing Partner both of the Atlanta office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., announce the formation of an Of Counsel relationship with Jeanne Bynum Hipes of Hipes Law LLC, to broaden the range of services provided to our clients. Ms. Hipes has extensive plaintiff and defense litigation experience in the areas of employment law, business litigation, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services.
Ms. Hipes negotiates, mediates, arbitrates, settles and brings cases to trial involving a wide variety of employment-related and business claims, including wrongful termination; sex, race, age, religion, national origin, and pregnancy discrimination; sexual harassment; hostile work environment; retaliation; family and medical leave; breach of contract; and business torts. She also negotiates and drafts employment, executive compensation, severance, and non-compete agreements, and other restrictive covenants.
Ms. Hypes received her law degree in 1983 from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Georgia and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
