Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer Names Deborah Moskowitz
Managing Partner of Orlando, Fla., Office
ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 4, 2003 – Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer P.A. today announced it has named Deborah L. Moskowitz managing partner of its Orlando, Fla., office.
Her areas of practice include medical malpractice, nursing-home defense, construction, ERISA, general liability, hospital defense, insurance defense, and professional malpractice.
Moskowitz is licensed to practice in Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Phi Delta Phi Honors Legal Fraternity. In addition, Moskowitz is a frequent presenter of legal topics to organizations of nursing-home practitioners and serves on the Polytechnic Institute of America’s advisory committee for its legal-assistant program.

Prior to joining the firm, Moskowitz was an associate with Bobo Spicer in Orlando. Before this, she was in-house counsel for CNA Insurance in Maitland, Fla. Moskowitz began her legal career as an assistant state attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit in Sanford, Fla., where she was recognized for her work with domestic-violence victims.
Moskowitz holds a law degree from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Ala., and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Miami.
