NASHVILLE, Tenn. ― Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. announced today the continued expansion of its Nashville office with the addition of Alyssa Wright, Riley E. Rich, and Bradley L. Ferstl who have joined the firm’s healthcare and insurance defense litigation practice groups as associates.
Alyssa N. Wright represents long-term care providers, assisted living facilities, healthcare providers, hospitals, nurse staffing, home health agencies and skilled nursing facilities on claims of negligence, alleged elder abuse and Board Complaints throughout Tennessee and Missouri. Ms. Wright’s practice is also focused in the areas of general liability and first-party property insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability and negligent security matters. She received her Juris Doctor from St. Louis University School of Law in May 2015 and is admitted to practice in Tennessee, Missouri, and Illinois.
Riley E. Rich handles insurance defense litigation and general negligence claims, including the representation of physicians, hospitals and long-term care providers in medical malpractice matters involving claims of abuse and neglect, violation of residents’ rights, wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury matters, breach of contract, and property damage cases. Ms. Rich received her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law with a Certificate in Health Law in May 2019. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
Bradley L. Ferstl commences private practice handling health care related claims in the areas of medical malpractice and professional liability, long-term healthcare negligence for insurers and self-insured clients, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Ferstl was awarded his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville, Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in May 2019 and a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Western Kentucky University in 2014. Mr. Ferstl interned with a national, long-term care healthcare organization while in law school, where he acquired corporate legal experience in transactional law including contract review, employment law matters, and in mergers and acquisitions regarding litigation risks.
