Ms. Sparks has 29 years of litigation experience, with 26 years devoted to business and real estate litigation involving the mortgage lending and servicing industries. Ms. Sparks has worked as managing attorney to one of the biggest foreclosure law firms in the nation servicing the mortgage default and foreclosure industry. She was also an attorney at a multi-state law firm representing financial institutions, credit unions, mortgage servicers, and other commercial clients in residential real estate transaction services, mortgage default services, evictions, and regulatory compliance. Before joining QPWB, Ms. Sparks handled consumer advocacy matters, credit collection defense, foreclosure, and bankruptcy at a St. Petersburg law office. She worked in the Public Defender’s Office in Sacramento County, California, before moving to Florida in 1996.
Ms. Sparks received her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Sacramento, California in 1994 and Bachelor of Arts from California State University at Sacramento in 1983.
