Gabriel A. Alonso is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., he represents developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in all facets of the litigation process. These representations include construction and design defect disputes, real estate development transactions, construction accident claims, construction contract and payment disputes. Mr. Alonso’s practice also includes the areas of premises liability, negligent security, automobile liability, trucking liability, products liability, and general liability. Additionally, he represents businesses in negligence and breach of contract claims.
Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Alonso was an associate with two South Florida defense law offices representing clients in commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Alonso received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in May 2012 and Bachelor of Business Administration cum laude from Florida International University in May 2009. While in law school, he was a member of the Dean’s List and served as president of the Latino/a Law Student Association. He also interned with the Pennsylvania Office of General Counsel, Housing Financing Agency and served an externship in Gainesville, Florida with Three Rivers Legal Services in the Domestic Violence Division.
Mr. Alonso is licensed to practice law in Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
