Nichole L. Cullen is an associate in the Scottsdale, Arizona office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Cullen focuses her practice in medical negligence, nursing home liability, and professional liability claims. Her practice encompasses the areas of insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage and bad faith claims and various types of catastrophic personal injury claims. Ms. Cullen represents the State and its contractors against constitutional rights claims in matters regarding federal civil rights violations; she is experienced with constitutional and public-policy issues including the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.
Prior to joining QPWB she worked for an insurance defense law firm in Phoenix and she also worked as an associate attorney in the areas of insurance defense for a national law firm handling complex tire litigation and wrongful death cases and all aspects of pretrial litigation involving all of her areas of practice.
Ms. Cullen received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in May 2010 and Bachelor of Science magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in May 2007, graduating with emphasis microbiology and chemistry. While in law school, she was a recurrent member of the Dean’s List, served on the Arizona Law Review and volunteered for Wills for Heroes and Lawyers for Literacy.
Ms. Cullen is licensed to practice law in Arizona and is admitted in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
She is a graduate of the 2019 LTC Power Lawyers Program.
