Kenneth B. Ejene is an associate in the Miami office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., his practice is focused on insurance defense litigation, including general liability and personal injury claims, automotive liability, premises liability, negligent security, slip and fall cases, and wrongful death matters.  Mr. Ejene also handles first-party property representations and coverage actions involving losses due to theft, water, wind, fire, and other property damage claims. Mr. Ejene is a Florida Certified County Mediator.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Ejene was an attorney with a legal consulting service provider assisting legal departments of multinational corporations and their outside counsel to respond to legal matters.  Mr. Ejene provided document and contract review in cases pending litigation and regulatory investigation and in disputes for arbitration and mediation.

Previously, he worked as a special appearance attorney handling civil cases, including debt collecting, personal injury, general civil matters, and landlord/tenant issues, appearing in mediations, arbitrations, and trials. His experience also includes handling a wide range of complex immigration matters, evaluating eligibility of individuals and corporate foreign nationals on immigrant and non-immigrant visas.  Mr. Ejene has represented clients in administrative proceedings and in hearings before the U.S. Immigration Courts and the Board of Appeals on matters involving citizenship, business immigration issues, and political asylum.

Mr. Ejene received his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, Orlando, Florida in May 2016, and Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Florida Atlantic University in May 2010.

He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a Florida Certified County Mediator.
